Goodwill message and felicitation to NBA Aba Branch from Lawrence Shegun Ayewa, Esq., Immediate Past Secretary and Former Chairman, NBA-YLF, Udu Branch on the Occasion of Her Law Week and eminent person’s lecture 2025

 I extend my warmest felicitations and send goodwill message to the distinguished Executive Committee, and the entire members of the Nigerian Bar Association, Aba Branch, on the occasion of your Law Week and eminent person’s lecture 2025.

 The theme: “The strength of the judiciary people’s confidence, glory foretold or disaster waiting to happen.,”

We have seen that over the years citizens always look for reasons to criticize the judiciary and this is timely as the glory days must return to avoid a disaster that might be in the wings waiting to happen. This theme is not only timely but worthy of serious attention. 

I wish all members of the Aba Branch wonderful deliberations and please stay safe and alert in the face of security challenges in our dear country.
