*GOV. UDOM EMMANUEL AND AKS HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY SHOULD BAN OPEN GRAZING:  Etinan and Essien Udim attacks in the past, who is the next victim?*

_In a country that citizens no longer sleep with both eyes closed. In a nation where herdsmen and bandits have become self-imposed citizens of the night and day. In a polity that is bedeviled with castle rustlers,  terrorising the collective socio-political and cultural lives of over 206million Nigerians,  no responsible and responsive government or its subset would hesitate to make necessary laws,  resolutions or orders to curbing these ever-threatening children of the night and day!_

Akwa Ibom is renowned for its unshifted and undisturbed peace hitherto enjoyed till when our collective peace was challenged and shaken. 

The cases of Etinan and Essien Udim were on points whereof crops and source of living of the people were battered,  shattered and scattered, but only to have a paltry presence on the pages of local tabloids,  hence swept under the carpets of yonder. 

_*Our Ibibio/Annang local adage would say: " ke ese eyem aweiwen ebot nanga eyo mikumme" ---" One has to make search of one's black goat before nightfall ".*_

*" yak isio ubök ebök ke usan efere,  mbak idifodo ubök Owo"-- "let's remove the hand of the monkey from the pot of soup before it turns to the hand of a human being"*

Consequently,  l enjoin the Gov. Udom Emmanuel and the State House of Assembly,  to find wisdom in banning the open grazing of the activities of herders in the state. 

_The blood of every Akwa Ibomite is bigger and incomparable to animals. Democracy is not Animaltocracy_
