NBA VOTERS MEET, 2022 ELECTION's SESSION MADE A RETURN ON 15TH APRIL, 2022. _The Forum nicknamed "ALL VOTERS CORNER" kickstarted its weekly (Fridays by 6pm) Session with the office of WELFARE SECRETARY.  Eno Edet, Secretary of the Calabar Branch of the NBA became the session moderator; Precious Abi and Timothy Clement, both of the Port Harcourt Branch, moved and seconded the motion for adjournment, respectively, while the Resolution of the House was Compiled in print by J. E. Ibiomgbo, Benin Branch.  _The session returns this week Friday with the office of TREASURER......see full Resolution below: The NBA Voters meet had its second session on Friday, 15th April, 2022 with particular emphasis on the office of the Welfare Secretary. NBA VOTERS MEET, 2022 ELECTION HELD ITS MAIDEN SESSION ON 8TH APRIL, 2022. _The Forum nicknamed "ALL VOTERS CORNER" kickstarted its weekly (Fridays by 6pm) Session with both the offices of Publicity Secretary and Assistant Publicity Secretary. EKPRIZ GLADSTONE URUJZIAN & ORS: Undue Interference With The Course Of Justice By The Chief Judge Of Akwa Ibom State And The Attorney General Of The State It would be recalled that one Barr. Ndifreke Aquaisua, instituted Suit No. HT/9/2022 In Ikot Ekpene  judicial division against Ekpriz Gladstone Urujzian, Chief Judge of Akwa Ibom State, Attorney General of Akwa Ibom State snd Judicial Service Commission Over the alleged illegal appointment of the current Chief Registrar of Akwa Ibom State High Court, Ekpriz Gladstone Urujzian. The case was fixed for 7th April, 2022 and from available records, the plaintiff filed a motion on 1st April, 2022 seeking the following reliefs: 1. An order granting leave to the plaintiff/applicant to lodge an official report with the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission against the 1st defendant/respondent under Section 19 of the Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Act for investigation
