Blessing Udofa-Poromon, Esq., Felicitates Eastern Bar Forum on Her Quarterly Meeting Slated 18-20 August,2023 It is a truism that the quarterly EBF convergence (this time, in the Garden City of Portharcourt, Rivers State) has continuously championed development and growth of the legal profession in Nigeria.  Thus, may I humbly urge all members of the EBF to participate actively in the Quarterly Meeting and to support the incoming Governor and his team. I also call on all lawyers in Nigeria to join hands with the EBF in promoting the ideals and objectives of our noble association.  Gladly I say, once again, congratulations to the EBF and its new leadership. Maikyau, SAN(OON)  Respectfully sir, rather than the electoral committee headed by the Ekanem Ekanem, Esq.,  to respect and effect the decision of the Branch Appeal Committee(East) delivered on 20/06/2023, the Ekanem Ekanem-led Eleco committee has moved on to publish list of ineligible voters for the elections on the 21/06/2023, but disenfranchised most lawyers(over 400) from voting in the forthcoming elections.
